Hi, my daughter lost her phone yesterday, I’ve blocked the sim and phone via the live chat, but I can’t get into the account I know the email I get bill notifications to, but rescuing the account password needs the phone to send a code to. I’d like to see if there is any usage I’m liable for before it got cancelled. She’s also eligible for an upgrade in 3 weeks, so don’t want to buy a replacement, and would like to access the account to look at options (or see if we can bring that forward) any idea? there’s no option to have the rest info sent to my email address.
