My dad recently lost his phone and has tried to get a replacement sim with no luck. We have tried to set up an online account which he now has but cant add his number as it tries to text it and we don’t have access. is there any other way to connect his number to the account,

We’d recommend the account holder visiting their local Currys store, picking up a replacement SIM card and activating it here.
