Lost sim and forgotten account password and want to cancel

Hello,

My grandfather’s phone has been experiencing problems recieving calls since he’s gotten into England, I opened the phone to find that his idmobile sim card is not in it and we are uncertain where it is. He wants to keep his number but can’t recall his account password to get what is required for a PAC number and doesn’t have the sim card to recieve the verification code asked for after selecting the “Forgotten Your Password?”.

What can be done so that he can get a replacement SIM?

Hello @Bern10,

Assuming that he’s the account holder, he’ll need to contact us directly to get a PAC code since texting to get a PAC code won’t work without the SIM and he isn’t able to access the account.

Is he able to make an account here and post? I can send him a PM then and pick up with him directly.
