Lost sim and phone number, live chat needs number

I am being billed and wish to cancel but with a lost number it is impossible.

 

How do I do this please?

Messaging in this iD online community isn’t real-time, so it could be several days or longer before iD Mobile read your post.

It might be quicker to get this sorted using the iD Live Chat service or PM iD Mobile via facebook or twitter.

Best to contact iD between 9am - 6pm - that way you can chat or PM with a real person.

Anyway, good luck.

Appreciate that but Live Chat will not work without the phone number.

Where how is PM please.

Okay @Andrew Harley, the live chat service WILL work with any valid UK telephone number.
You don’t need an iD mobile number to use live chat.

Once you get connected on live chat, type “talk to a person” to avoid the 24/7 chat-bot.

For PM, follow the links to facebook or twitter - you can send a PM if you’ve got an account on one or both of these social media platforms.
