mailbox not setup, how to use an automated message

Just setup new phone but the mailbox voicemail isn't setup. Looks like calling 123 wants you to record a message, I prefer to  use an automated one How to do this please?

I did this using an online AI voice generator

I cant access my voicemail.  2 messages there. I Can listen to the 1st one, then there is no option to delete it or move on to the next message,  it just goes straight back to the automated voice saying "you have 2 voicemails" I have contacted support they are going to contact technical support.  

Is anyone else having the same problem with voicemail? 

@Greengrapes only had one message in voicemail at a time and that worked ok. Might be better to post as separate topic as well if you haven’t done so already so more people see it.

I’m sorry to hear this, I believe the voicemail service should give you the option to listen to any and all voicemails received, however if you’ve had these issues I’d recommend keeping contact with the team for support.
