Mexico Travelling

Looking for advice and recommendations for the best approach travelling to Mexico.  

I understand ID mobile do not allow add-ons to use UK allowances in Mexico so trying to see what the best option is - get a different sim from a different provider while travelling, eSIM if that’s a possibility or any other options?

Hey @kRich7002, if you’ve got a dual SIM capable handset + eSIM device, I’d recommend a data only eSIM plan for Mexico. I’ve used a data-only eSIM plan for recent trips abroad to the USA and Australia, which has worked well for me.

Otherwise, maybe get a local SIM card in Mexico. I noticed local PAYG SIM cards for sale in the arrivals halls in the USA and Australia - hopefully same is true in Mexico.
