migrating to a newly offered 60Gbt sim only plan

I was emailed yesterday from ID highlighting an offer for both new and existing customers to take / migrate to a 60Gbts plan incl all inclusive txt / mins, but on my on line account this offer is not shown. Can someone help me migrate, rather than go through the laborious process of signing up for a new account and then migrating my number from one ID account to the new ID account

If the tarriff/plan isn’t showing it may mean that you are not eligible for it but we can check this out for you.
