Minus in my billing

So I got an upgrade and my monthly changed from £62.28 to £10.00 sim only contract. I’m confused because for some reason on my billing it says £-26.11. What does the minus mean?

This indicates a credit balance, just like on your bank statement.

Hi @Sulemank1,

When your a account is in credit the credit is used towards future bills.

If the account is in credit and your new bill is £10 you shouldn’t be charged as the payment should be taken from the credit balance.
