Mis-selling of contract and delaying response to complaints until after returns period passed

What started out as a simple upgrade quickly turned into a nightmare, since having the handset(s23 ultra) I was promised unlimited data for 2 years as a loyal customer.

I have been in touch with the company about the mis-selling of the contract, and was told that my returns period would be put on hold pending the initial response to first complaint in regards to this.

 

Since then my loyalty addon has been removed from my account, and today I cannot use mobile data at all.

So now I'm paying for unlimited everything and receiving zero data.

It surmounts to fraud and should entitle me to leave penalty free.

I expect you to honour that.
