My partner buy me new phone with id card, I was already with ID but at the end of my contract. However I couldn’t transfer my phone number from my previous contract to the new one.

I was advised to buy different card from vodafone, to transfer my old number to the vodafone card and then to switch the number to the new contract. But is showing some error and I can’t switch it now.

can you help me please

Are you still having issues transferring your number from Vodafone to iD Mobile?

 

Previously we had an issue with the form needing the surname in all caps. This has now been fixed. Please try again and ensure the transaction number begins with a "4". This can be found on your "Welcome to iD" email that was sent to you and may be in your Spam/Junk folders.
