Missing charger and earphones

I ordered a samsung s22 on the 4th of August and on the website it claimed I woukd get a belkin charger and wireless earphones but they didn't come with the phone.

I guess there could be several reasons why you haven’t received the items @callumwright124.

  • iD were out-of-stock of the offer item(s) - the offers say whilst stocks last.
  • The iD tariff chosen wasn’t eligible. The charger offer mentions selected tariffs, and the buds offer mentions unlimited data tariffs.
  • iD forgot to dispatch the item(s) with your order.

Hopefully they just forgot to send the items.

I'm sorry I'm not quite sure what tarrifs would apply.

I believe it is only on applicable unlimited tariffs.

So unlimited minutes, texts and Data plans.
