missing memory

Just upgraded to this phone and what I received was not as advertised as my  upgrade only has 64gb. And not the 128 GB  as advertised...so where is my missing memory ...64 GB  it's missing .. come on I'd let's see how you rectify this problem... It's all about customer service

There are two different storage options for this model of phone - 64GB and 128GB.

ID Mobile only list the 128GB version on their website and it’s possible that they only have the 64GB in stock and not the 128GB as advertised on the website. If this is the case you will have to cancel the upgrade and send back the phone if you’re not happy with it.

I suspect that their stock inventory is the 64GB variant and they have incorrectly advertised it as the 128GB variant. Expect to return it!
