missold new phone.. not discussed sim only


I was phoned by Carphone warehouse and he told me I could save £2 per month and get a new phone.

He didn't offer me a sim only plan. I am happy with my current phone.

He was pushy and clearly after a sale. The phone arrived the next day but there has been no answer on the number on the order form.

My son-in-law has an ID mobile sim only package that is £6 per month.

I am 83 and hard of hearing. I feel he pressured me to do what he wanted and not what is best for me.

Very poor service.

You have a cooling off period. If you have buyer's remorse, cancel the upgrade and return the phone.
