mobile data is not working

Over the last few days my mobile data has stopped working. I have no access to internet etc unless connected to WiFi. I have unlimited data account and signal seems fine.

Hello @Flexeing,

Have you turned off mobile data in the Settings on your handset my mistake?

If not, then perhaps there’s a network issue/problem in your area, which you can check on by going to the following page:

http://www.three.co.uk/support/network_and_coverage/network_support

Anyway, good luck. 

 

Thanks, no mobile data is switched on. I can access browser but the says cannot connect to server. No access to other apps such ad Instagram.

Okay @Flexeing, are you using a PAYG SIM or a pay monthly contract SIM?

You may have run out of data on your contract SIM or PAYG SIM - have you checked you still have an allowance for data?

Unlimited accounts are subject to the iD “Fair Use Policy” - is it possible you’ve broken a rule in this policy, causing your mobile data to be blocked?

Hello @andewhite this is incorrect.

Unlimited accounts are not subject to the Fair Usage Policy.

The Fair Usage Policy only applies to EU Roaming and is not applicable to UK usage.

@Flexeing, do you have the mobile data issues wherever you go or only in a specific area?

Have you recently updated your phone at all?
