Is there any way to find out what date my phone number is due to switch over? Can't remember what I selected when I purchased the SIM card but I'd like to get it swapped asap.

Then you need to log out of this forum first...
It’s a known issue and happens when a member logs in to the iD Mobile Community after selecting the ‘Remember Me’ option.
Live chat can't help me as they don't have access to account info atm, not exactly a great first impression for a new customer 🤣
