Moved from EE to ID and cant receive calls or text messages from non ID phones

It’s been over a month now and ID wont fix my issue.

Used their chat system more times than i can recall and every time it’s  “wait 48 hours” and nothing happens.. no contact, no solution not even a sorry for the inconveinece of crippling your phone for months.

Even gone to Carphone warehouse and had the sim replaced.
