Please can someone check my phone number transfer. I have filled out the PAC code transfer form correctly. Thanks

What are you wanting to check @TMEW7?

  1. Are you transferring your number from iD to another provider?
  2. Are you transferring your number from another provider to iD Mobile?

Either way, when (date & time) did you submit the PAC to your new service provider? 

Transferring from another provider. 2 days ago thx

iD Mobile have not been following their published timescales recently.

Allegedly, there are issues transferring numbers to and from both Vodafone and Three, which may be impacting timely processing of transfers from other providers.

The iD community is the slowest way of interacting with iD support, because iD staff only read users posts once a day, sometimes less frequently.

You might get an answer sooner using iD online live chat, or ‘talking’ to the iD customer support team using Facebook or Twitter - contact them privately using Facebook Messenger, or a Twitter direct message.

The support teams work until 8pm on weekdays (and 6pm at weekends + bank holidays).
