Dear Sir/Madam.
I am writing in regards my order [REDACTED] (transaction number [REDACTED]).
DPD made the delivery twice at a completely inappropriate time for me (25/09 at 10.40 and 26/09 at 11.43) This time is absolutely unacceptable since we are at work. I unsuccessfully tried to contact them by email in the hope of adjusting the time or agreeing to collect from their depot. But today, without any warning, at 13.03 the parcel was sent back. In this case, the big problem for me is that I did not receive a sim card, since I want to save my number and the transfer code has already been requested and it expires on Monday.
Please advise how I can receive my order.
After such a bad experience with delivery, if possible I would prefer collection.
