Why has my bill randomly gone up £5 this month? Why is there a random £3 UK charge?

Perhaps you’ve used your iD SIM to do something not included in your iD plan’s calls, texts and data allowances @Clift949.

Your monthly bill should have an itemised breakdown of your usage - hopefully the charges are explained in the PDF copy of your monthly bill.
