My bundle is not working

I always purchase a 20 pound bundle ever month hut this month the payment came out and my bundle is not working. It says its active in my ID app and it won't let me call 7777 as "I'm out of calling credit"

If your bundle includes UNLIMITED calls, texts and mobile data, then perhaps there’s an issue with the iD billing systems @Kyomi Bailey-Wilson

Other PAYG users with a similar bundle, have had similar issue - from other user posts in this forum, it appears some have solved it by adding minimal credit to their PAYG account.  

This shouldn’t be necessary, but seems like iD might have a bug somewhere in their billing system/s.

Makes sense, I hope they get it fixed. I'll give it a go. May as well but it seems a lil unfair to pay when I shoukd be getting unlimited lol but it is what it is
