my contract has finished

My  contract has finished and I started a new one, my old contract is showing I'm still paying for it even though Its meant to came to its finished time

Okay @Donald Russell, once your iD contract finishes its minimum-term, the contract then continues on a rolling 1-month basis, at the same monthly charge.

The contract doesn’t finish as such, but instead carries on until you do something - e.g. cancel.

Did you upgrade or start a new plan?

 

If you started a new plan with a new number this would be completely separate to that of the plan that exists with us already, it wouldn’t automatically cancel the old plan, you will need to cancel the old plan if you wish to continue on the new one.

 

Or if you wish to upgrade the old one to retain that number on an upgraded plan you will need to cancel the newly ordered plan with the new number.
