Question

My first bill has been taken before it said it would be.

I started my contract on February 24th, paid the upfront cost and changed my direct debit to a different date than the 10th March which is today but I have still been charged today.

I’m worried I will be double charged this month or something since I was not warned about this payment before it came out my bank.

Can you remember the date when you changed your DD @lewisjenko?

I assume you did this using the iD app, or your “My iD Account” online?

What date is showing under the direct section on your account/app?

On some occasions it can take a few days to reflect on your bank account. If for any reason the payment fails you would be notified.

However it’s likely that you won’t be charged until next month which will be a larger bill but we can check this out.

Please let us know if the bill still hasn’t been taken and we can PM you.
