My ID account Registration/ Login problems

I received my SIM today, put it in my Pixel phone, and it works straight away. BUT I have had problems setting up my ID account online. I have entered all my details correctly but I keep getting error messages.

Have you tried entering your SURNAME entirely in CAPITAL letters?
If your surname has a hyphen/s, try omitting the hyphen/s.

I keep getting error messages.

What are they?

Hi.

I've entered my surname in CAPITALS, no hyphens.

I've entered my correct mobile number and correct year of birth.

The error message I keep getting is,:

'Something wasn't quite right. Can you enter your details again please'.

Okay @Guyzer, you’ll find it quicker to assistance with any registration issues using the iD Mobile online live chat service.

Alternatively, contact iD customer support privately using Facebook Messenger, or by Twitter DM.

The support teams work until 8pm on weekdays. 

I’ve tried the live chat service- It is far too automated to help me with this particular issue. I don’t use Facebook or Twitter.

To avoid the annoying live chat bot, just type “talk to a person”.
You should then get through to someone in customer service, when there’s an agent free.
