I have received a new Sim card and it doesn't work. I have tried in three compatible handsets and tried all the trouble shooting. It just says no Sim. Can anyone help? Thanks

If you’re a new iD customer, then it sounds like you’ve received a broken or faulty SIM card.Â
You can get a replacement SIM (inactive) from any Currys store, otherwise use the online iD live chat to order a replacement SIM.Â

When you say new SIM is it a replacement SIM you received or the SIM purchased with a brand new connection?
If it’s the former, then this needs to be activated first.
If it’s the latter, then you may need a replacement SIM Card.
Have you managed to get in touch to check the connection has submitted fine?
