my next bill isnt dues until January but i am still cut off

I paid my outstanding balance. The next payment isn’t meant to be due until January. But it’s saying it’s due February.

This may be referring to the bill after the currently posted one.

 

You’ll be billed every 30 days, the bill is sent 14 days before it’s due for payment.
