im moving from ID to Three mobile, 

 

ID gave me a pac code and its not working and three cant find any info.

 

i need a pac code to give to them

Probably best to contact iD customer service for assistance with this @AndrewM89.
iD Community members can’t look at your iD account information. 

I’d suggest talking to customer service by messaging them privately using Facebook Messenger, or a Twitter DM. Otherwise, get in-touch using the online iD live chat service.

The iD agents work until 8pm on weekdays.
