My PAC EXPIRES before transfer date

When transferring to ID I asked for a transfer date of 01/12/23 but the O2 PAC expired before that date, can I reschedule the switchover date?

Yes @Graham Cheater it should be possible - just get in-touch with customer support team, using the iD Mobile online Live Chat service https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat. 

The agents work until 8pm on weekdays.
