Yesterday I received my new phone and new sim card but its already activated when I was trying to activate it but when I'm putting my sim in the car is saying no sim . I wondering if anyone can help me please.
The sim is the right way and fits probably but not still work
have got the same problem have transferred my number from Ee transferred  my sim into  my phone. but nothing happened  !Â

when i got my new phone from id phone there was no new sim card in it  so i am  assuming that i would have to put my old one in ? am i correct ? have got no signal at all can’t receive it make any calls at all !  i m not impressed with id mobiles so far !! could someone explain to me how i can get this phone working ! xx

Had you upgraded or taken a new plan? If you had upgraded, does your old SIM still work? Have you tried rebooting your phones?
