My Refer a Friend reward is ready but is saying it's been claimed?

Hi, I referred a friend a while back and we have both now received our ‘your reward is ready’ emails, and have both clicked the links in the email to claim the rewards.

That was on 23rd September and we haven’t heard anything since, via email or otherwise (and we have checked spam folders etc.)

We have tried clicking the links again but it just says “You've already claimed your reward.”

Can you advise how long we have to wait, and also how is the rewards delivered - is it a physical gift card through the post or a voucher code via email?

Are you still having issues with this?

 

That email should have had the reward in it, the gift card is a digital code to be used on the Currys website.

Hi,

Since posting this we received new emails with links to the gift cards which worked, although sadly they were only for £20 and not £30 which they should have been.

A few days later we received another email, containing a further £10 gift card each.

So yes, all resolved now thanks.

Hi, 

So we finally got round to spending our vouchers, but 2 of them do not work.

One says “Inactive Card” when we try and use it, the other says “Insufficient Funds”, though we haven’t used it.

They are apparently valid for 24 months from date of issue so haven’t expired.

Can anybody advise how we go about getting this resolved, the email that sent us the voucher has a ‘noreply’ return address.
