My sim stopped working so I thought to get a replacement one. The replacement one has come and I’ve activated over 24 hours ago and it’s still not working!! This has been going on for weeks now and I’m losing business and contact from family as this is my main line. Absolutely appalling service.

Have you checked for network problems in your area, using the following page:

Does your upgrade SIM work in a different handset? If not, you may need to get another replacement SIM from iD.
But, here’s the catch - iD’s terms and conditions state their services are for personnel use only.
If it’s affecting your business, you should switch to another provider who offer business contracts.

Try restarting the phone as it’s likely just a restart is needed to update this.
