need to cancel contracr but cannot access PIN or account

I need to cancel my contract as I am nearly at the minimum required period so can cancel for free but do not know my PIN as have not used the SIM card in ages. 
 

tried to speak to agent on web chat but was no help.

Try asking iD social media customer support team on facebook (using Messenger), or Twitter (by Direct Message) for assistance.
