I didn't receive a welcome email I do not have my receipt. I need a transaction code so I can use my PAC code. Live chat just comes up with an error. Tried Facebook messenger, no reply. Telephone number automated help please 😂

The transaction number is on your iD invoice, which usually comes with the item(s) purchased. It should start with “4”, for all purchases directly from iD Mobile.
The customer service teams work until 8pm on weekdays - perhaps your message on Facebook Messenger will get picked-up this morning.
