Network Coverage

Hi

 

My wife and I are both with ID mobile have the same contract and handsets.  She is sat next to me with no coverage I have 4g what is going on

Network issues. If you reboot your phone or put it in airplane mode for a brief moment, you won’t have signal either.

There's has been some outage issues with maintenance work between network Three and IDMobile. Hopefully you'll be reinstated before long.
