network doesnt work

Hi, I couldn’t connect to the network in Rm3.

It sounds like there could be an outage or planned maintenance.

I would advise checking the coverage checker and the network status using the link below:

If you don’t see any issues please test the SIM in a different handset.

I've also had no service for the last 6 days. Would be great if I could get an update.

Have you checked the network status checker to see if there are any issues in the area.

Having no service completely could be due to a SIM issue. Please can you test the SIM in another handset.

Hi Kash, it's not a sim issue. I ran my postcode through the checker and it's the same message since last Tuesday.
