I experienced the entire fiasco as everyone else and was relieved to see we were reconnected without issue yesterday, Sunday. 

However, it's Monday and now that I have to work, we are facing an issue again. Is anyone else re-experiencing this today? And when will it be resolved without recurrence?

It's odd because I have 4G via the SIM in my phone but not in the data card in my mobile WiFi router. 🧐

That is odd, @Julie Anne Mhs. Have you tried restarting the mobile Wi-Fi router?

Does your Wi-Fi router use 3G or 4G?

We are aware that some customers are still having issues with 3G and it should be resolved shortly.

However in the meantime it may be worth restarting the router and checking if it has the option for 4G only.

If that doesn’t improve things can you please test the router SIM in your handset?
