Network issues again?

Is anyone else having issues with data or service? Data connection has not been working for a few hours now, downdetector showing issues with Three but their own status checker says no issues detected?

I still can’t make calls, haven’t been able too since Saturday!! It rings out but when answered it goes dead.

Hey there @L9301 @Kim McBride, we’re extremely sorry to hear you’re having network issues still.

 

We did indeed have an outage recently which began Friday afternoon last week, and ended late on Wednesday night, so our apologies if you were affected by that. However, that has now been resolved.

 

Firstly, how long have you guys been having issues for please? Has it been since last Friday, or prior to that?

 

Please can you both try restarting your phone, and resetting your network settings and see if that helps at all? Also, please try taking the SIM card out and re-entering it.

 

It’s also worth checking your postcode to see what coverage should be like in your area and if any work is going on using the coverage checkers below:
