Little or no 4g coverage for past 3 weeks, on 3 network status checker this message comes up

“We're working on fixing an issue in this area at the moment. We're sorry for any disruption this may be causing.”

Thats fine, but 3 weeks? Can ID not get a bit more information from 3 as to when this issue might be resolved?
