I have just switched to ID Mobile. I have three problems
- I have been unable to register. I get to page 2 but no security code is being sent to my phone.
- I have tried to send a message and it just says that it’s failed. Possibly connected with….
- id coverage seems to be almost non existent here despite your coverage map saying we should be covered. On the meter the signal is showing as one small bar.
Not good really? Can you help?
