New account and connection problems

I have just switched to ID Mobile. I have three problems

  1. I have been unable to register. I get to page 2 but no security code is being sent to my phone. 
  2. I have tried to send a message and it just says that it’s failed. Possibly connected with….
  3. id coverage seems to be almost non existent here despite your coverage map saying we should be covered. On the meter the signal is showing as one small bar.

Not good really? Can you help?

I had a similar problem when trying to register for an iD My Account online, when I joined iD - security codes didn’t arrive in a timely manner.

I kept trying, once a day, over several days and eventually succeeded.

The online coverage checker is a computer generated prediction of the likely coverage at any given location -  sadly the real-world coverage at any given location is not always as predicted.
