I've received my new SIM, which I've managed to confirm is activated.
However, the SIMi snt being recognised by my phone (Samsung galaxy S20FE). Phone is compatible and open for all networks.
My contract date/number porting started yesterday with IDMobile, so I no longer have service with my previous provider, so am unable to register for an online account as I am unable to receive a text verification code (no option to receive via email for registering for an online account to access app etc) - note i tried to register when i first receivedthe SIM last week and as the SIM wasnt being recognised was advised by the chat agent that it was due to my contract date not yet being passed (which obviously it now has)
Following the FAQ steps 'My SIM isn't working', I can confirm:
Network coverage is availableÂ
Phone is compatible and open to all networks
SIM is active
SIM won't work in another device either
Please can you advise what I need to do, I assume a replacement SIM is required?
