New contract

I have recently taken a new contract out with you and my old number was supposed to be transferred today. I have contacted my old provider to be told that they have not received anything from you  so I will be charged another month. I can not access my account as the security number does not come through and the live chat keeps saying too busy. I would like to speak to someone ?

Okay @J Rutter, I’d recommend talking directly to iD customer service by using Facebook Messenger, or Twitter (X) DM for assistance with this issue.

The agents work until 8pm on weekdays (6pm at weekends).
