New contract sim only

I have just bought a new sim and set up my DD, not had any information regarding delivery yet. How long does this take please.

Usually 3 to 5 working days (by Royal Mail) from the date of dispatch @Markusthebear. 

Date of dispatch is normally on, or shortly after the order complete email message from iD Mobile.

Thanks for the reply, I have just checked all my emails and i have had nothing about a dispatch date. I have returned my PAC code to keep my number but heard nothing.

The dispatch date is usually the date of the iD order complete email.

There’s always the option of assistance using the online live chat @Markusthebear. Unfortunately, the agents finish work at 8pm on weekdays though.
