new customer number ported over cant receive calls or texts

Hi I’ve just ported my number over from Tesco’s transfer date was estimated as yesterday but done today . I cannot receive calls or text messages. When people dial my number they get sorry this number has not been recognised .

i am able to make calls and send text messages 

 

this seems to be a very popular trend I noticed with Id mobile , did anyone resolve this issue .

I’ve turned the phone off restarted it and taken the sim out and put it back in , but makes no difference

Try doing a Network Reset on your handset with the iD SIM card - good luck @Chrissy2023

Hi thank you for your reply, it is now working so can only assume there was a delay in the number being transferred over.

I tried everything though network reset , took the chip out and turned phone off , all of the things mentioned to do in peoples previous questions .

yesterday it said it was transferred but taken until today until I can receive calls .
