I’m thinking of joining ID mobile, but I have a few questions
- If use the switch service, do I keep my original sim card?
- How difficult is it to contact an actual customer service agent? When I try to use the chat facility, it just keeps telling me there is nobody available, and the virtual assistant is useless.
- If you are an ID customer, do you still have to pay 7p per minute to call the customer service number?
- How would you rate the customer service agents on a scale of 1-10, 10 being the best?
