Hi,
I ordered 2 phones on new contracts Thursday, then received emails saying they were successful. Then Friday I have received an update for the one but not the other. How do I check the status of the orders?

If you’ve got the order numbers, give the iD sales team a call on 020 7139 1397 - not sure if they work at weekends.
