New phone and new to ID mobile via mobiles.co.uk

I just received my new iphone and ID SIM today (new customer to ID Mobile) which I sourced via mobiles.co.uk.

I have installed the SIM card but nothing pops up on the phone to indicate its hooked to a network, and I’ve no idea if/how I need to activate it some other way.

The SIM card came in the green ID mobile envelope, and there’s no details I would normally expect to see like phone number etc. I also haven’t received any welcome email etc from ID Mobile, and I’ve been on their website but there’s nothing there that helps.

I also did a coverage check for my postcode, and they’re telling me I’ve got really good coverage 3G and 4G.

Really stuck, and no idea what I have to do to get started. 

Any help appreciated.
