I received my new phone and SIM on Friday. I am a new customer transferring in from Vodaphone but I do not have the new mobile number to complete the port process of my existing number. The SIM is inserted but no network connection is available so I cannot make a call to find out my number and neither have I received a welcome email with the number. It is not on the box along with the IMEI and SIM details. Please help.

If the new phone has Wi-Fi Calling, you could use the iD Wi-Fi Calling service to call out and get your mobile number that way.
