New phone contract is working but old phone number has not transferred

I started a new contract with ID mobile and the PAC code was completed in store at Curry's...my new phone is working but it is not using my old number. My old number has not transferred over yet and it has been over the time period set by ID. It should be working by now?? This means my sons emergency hospital appointments and specialist doctors cannot contact me as they have my old number as a contact number and when you ring it it states the number cannot be reached.... Please help ASAP!!!

thanks 👍 it was due to take place today. The shop completed the change on Tuesday at 10.30am.
