I ordered a new iPhone 12 a mini in white subsequent The order keeps being put back I’ve now Gotta wait five weeks for a white phone and the monthly contract has gone down whilst I’ve been waiting if I order a different colour can I get it the next day.Which I now want to do just to get the phone but it was £30.99 now if I order it it is £28.99 I feel let down And cannot talk to anybody especially get through to carphone warehouse which ID is now part of

Sounds frustrating - but iD Mobile are online only support.

If you hang on, someone from iD will respond here and should be to assist changing your iPhone 12 mini order to an in-stock colour, and maybe get you lower upfront price too.

It might be quicker to solve your issue via a PM on one of iD’s social media pages - facebook or twitter.

There should be iD agents helping 8am - 8pm weekdays and 9am - 5:30pm weekends.
