Do I need to put the new sims you sent. I have upgrade from contract to contract sim only. Must keep the same number too. Thanks

Hi @Sabrina Springall 

 

If you’ve upgraded the new SIM sent is just a replacement in case you need it, if you don’t need it just keep it around in case you ever do.

 

If you’ve purchased a new iD Mobile plan and received a SIM that’s for a completely different plan, you wouldn’t be able to transfer your number to it.
